Who we are
Gardien Security LTDA (CNPJ 53.418.630/0001-47), Vila Velha, ES, Brazil, is responsible for the personal data described on this page.
What the contact form collects
Your name, company, email address, number of tenants or endpoints, platform and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal.
Who processes it
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc., which hosts this site, and are sent to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Netlify may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. Netlify also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. If you use the light and dark mode switch, your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and any legal obligation that follows it.
Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) you can ask to confirm, access, correct, delete or port your data, and to know who we share it with. Send data requests to hello@gardiensecurity.com.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Brazil, including the LGPD.
